Fairhaven Bible Chapel has nine commended workers that have been sent out to various parts of the world. These men along with their families have been primarily seeking to win the lost for Christ. They are doing this by church planting which entails evangelism, discipling, and leadership training.
 |
TN "Other Lands" :
In 2002 Fairhaven commended "TN" for language study and ministry to the country he is currently serving in. After two years of language study "TN" is now involved in evangelism, discipling, and leading Bible Studies with the goal of establishing of a New Testament assembly . (History, ministry) |

Grant Ferrer - Nicaragua: Grant and his wife Kandy started their overseas service in Spain. After a visit to Honduras in 1991, Grant felt that the Lord wanted him to move there to serve. They have four children - Jessica, Susana, Melodi, and Joshua.

D "Other Lands": D and his wife are serving
in a sensitive area. Hence the lack of details. They have within the
last year joined a cp work that was started in 1996. There are 1/2
million in the busy district where they meet, and theirs is the only
fellowship in this area. |
|
E "Other Lands":
E and his wife were in their country of service since 1988. They worked among an unreached people group. They started a church there and worked to teach and edify the believers. The believers there were given opportunities for edification through conferences, camps, and children's camps. There was also a book store started for New Testament and Bible distribution, drop-in fellowship, and witnessing opportunities. |
|
T "Other Lands": T and his wife have been in their country of service since 1980. T was in the country as a single during 1977-79. They are in a sensitive country, hence only sketchy information.
T currently has a gospel mailing project that he started when he became aware of the many small villages that had no gospel testimony at all. T hopes to sow God's word in every village in the country through mailings. He is currently in correspondence with 40 individuals and is able to send literature to approximately 400 people per month. He is also training believers in practical Christian living as well as trying to train believers as missionaries to go to unreached people groups. On of his teams left in May of 1995 for Ufa, the capital city of Bashkortostan, Russia. This work is still on going. (History, ministry) |
